Fees
Mercy Regional College provides a comprehensive curriculum, contemporary facilities and dedicated staff to create a rich educational environment for every student. To support the provision of outstanding educational service to our community, the College sets appropriate fees and charges.
The fees and charges include most school-based excursions and activities, for example year level excursions and camps, subject-related excursions and sporting activities.

Please note, there is an additional ‘Maintenance & Building Levy’ of $540.00 per family.
Concessions and Fee Relief
The College understands that some families may be experiencing financial hardship and may find it difficult to meet their fee obligations. As a Catholic College we have the long-established policy that no family is denied a Catholic Education because of their inability to pay fees.
Families are requested to contact Business Manager to share their situation and depending on circumstances submit a Fee Concession Application.

Depending on the course costs and VETis funding, up to $500.00 will be provided by Mercy Regional College to assist families with student chosen pathways. |
Multiple Child Discount
For a 3rd child enrolled at Mercy Regional College in the year, $700 will be discounted against the fees.
For a 4th and subsequent children enrolled at Mercy Regional College in the year, $3,156 will be discounted for the 4th and subsequent students.
Early Fee Payment Discount
Families completing their full fee payments by 31st of March, will receive a $150 discount on fees for each student.
MacBooks
Learning at Mercy Regional College involves using Apple MacBooks by all students.

| Years 7, 8 & 9 | Rental of a MacBook is included in school fees. The MacBook remains the property of Mercy Regional College. |
| Years 10, 11 & 12 | A MacBook is to be purchased by parent/guardian in line with the MacBook purchasing policy. Parent/Guardian unable to purchase a MacBook can apply to “rent” a MacBook, which will remain the property of Mercy Regional College. The MacBook rental rate is no more than $560 pa (dependent on cost of device). |
Fee Payment Options
Full payment of fees upfront
Payment must be made in full for all students in a family by 31 March. Payment by this method gives families a discount of $150 per child.
Direct Debit
We offer a range of weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit options. A statement of account will be emailed out each month to fee payers. Early commencement of direct debit payments is also possible.
